Q1.What is delivery time?
A1.Approximately 1-2 days to process your order and then 4-7 days to deliver from UPS depending on your destination.

Q2.How can I pay for my shipment with a check or money order?
A2.You can call me with your order or email me. Then I will process the order and contact you back with the total amount due, so that you can send your check or money order to my address. After I receive the payment I will complete your order.

Q4. Why do some items tell me, I can't purchase over the internet?
A4.There are only a few, but, some items that have registered trademarks are not allowed to be sold over the internet, you must call or email me to process all or part of your order.

Q5. I placed an order, can I cancel it?
A5.  More than likely the order will process immediately, but there is a possibility it can be stopped. You must call immediately at 810-359-8298 and leave a message, but no guarantees on a stop shipment.

Q6. I placed an order, but did not receive it, what should I do?
A6. We suggest you wait at least 2 weeks after placing an order. This allows us sufficient time to process and depending on where it ships gives us adequate time to deliver. If by chance you have not received it within 2 weeks, please contact us at info@wantgreatbuys.com or 810-359-8298.

Q7. Will you notify me when my order is placed and when my order is shipped?
A7. Yes, you will receive an email whenever an order is placed, and then another email with the tracking information once it has shipped.

Q8. Why do you charge a shipping fee?
A8. The  fee covers the factory to distribution costs, packaging,and shipping costs to you.

Q9. Do you have a catalog?
A9. Yes, and it can be shipped to you free of charge. Contact us with your address.

A10. We are not a marketing company. Your information will not be sold or distributed to any third party.

A11. Yes, our e-commerce transactions are secured and encrypted.

Q14. I sent a payment by Paypal.com but I am not sure if the payment has gone through or not?
A14. The easiest way to find out if a payment has been sent by Paypal.com is to log into your account and click on the history tab. The history section will show you all the payments you have successfully sent.

Q15. What is your return policy?
A15. We appreciate your business and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can send it back for a full refund of the purchase price. The item must be returned within 14 days of the date you received it. It must be in the original condition, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original documents.

Q16. How can I buy your product wholesale?
A16. Register your information, then send us an email stating you would like to purchase product wholesale. The only stipulation is you must order $250.00 worth of merchandise.

Q17. How can I make money selling your product?
A17. Register your information online, then send us an email stating you would like to sell our product and make commission,
we would then set up your account, supply you catalogs, and get you on the way to making money.
